Package Terms and Conditions

• 50% deposit is required to secure booking
• Balance payable on arrival
• Deposits cannot be transferred
• Personal cheques are accepted only by prior arrangement
• Credit Cards: Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Eftpos facilities
• If Credit Card security is not available at time of check-in a $300 Cash Bond is required, this is refunded after satisfactory room inspection on departure
• All Cancellation requests must be in writing and attract a 15% administration fee
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit deposit, (with the exception of the Christmas Holidays which require 30 days Notice for refund)
• Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival require full payment of accommodation
• Lost keys attract a $35 surcharge
• Pets are not permitted

Our conference room includes AV facilities catering up to 70 delegates. Your conference can be tailored to suit your needs using a range of conference styles. Break out areas offer facilities for small group conference tasks.
