Accommodation Rates - Seasonal Information:
Low Season:
Commences end NSW Easter school holidays until beginning NSW September/October school holidays. Excluding long weekends, public holidays and June-July school holidays.
Shoulder Season:
Commences end NSW January school holidays until end Easter NSW school holidays, and from beginning September/October NSW school holidays until beginning NSW Christmas school holidays. Excludes Easter public holidays (Peak Season) and October long weekend. June/July NSW school holidays.
High Season:
NSW Christmas school holidays, Easter public holiday break, and October long weekend. Minimum stay applies during Peak Periods.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Christmas School Holidays 7 night minimum stay applies until mid January, except for studios where a 3 night minimum stay applies.
- Easter Holidays 3 night minimum stay
- Long Weekends 2 night minimum stay
General Accommodation Information:
- Pool towels available for hire
- Cot Hire available $11 per day or $55 per week (includes linen) for children under 2 years
- High Chair available $5.50 per day or $25 per week
- Extra person on rollaway bed $35.00 per day in one or two bedroom ground floor apartments only
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST
- All Apartments, Main Building Interiors and Pool Area are designated Non Smoking
- Daily room service includes fresh towels
- Check-in from 2:30pm
- Check out is 10:00am
- 50% deposit is required on booking
- Balance payable on arrival
- Deposits cannot be transferred
- Personal cheques are accepted only by prior arrangement
- Credit Cards: Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Eftpos facilities
- If Credit Card Security is not available at time of check-in a $300 Cash Bond is required, This is refunded after satisfactory room inspection on departure
- All Cancellation requests must be in writing and attract a 15% admistration fee
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit deposit, (with the exception of the Christmas Holidays which require 30 days Notice for refund).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival require full payment of accommodation
- Lost keys attract a $35 surcharge
- Pets are not permitted
